Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ORIKI Online purchase, simply return the products to us within 30 days of receipt of your order and
we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase (less shipping and handling).
We recommend that you send your return via Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us
immediately (within 24 hours) at 1-800-88-ORIKI. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
